a little beach time on a big sand dune in france

we are now in lyon, but before we left we went to the second largest sand dune in the world. it was massive. one side was surrounded by forest and the other side led straight into the atlantic. the view was gorgeous! Photobucket cutest little girl in the world on the train to the dunes. Photobucket getting up this bad boy was quite a work. my legs are going to be so toned when i come back. now i just need to work on that pan and formage food baby i've got going on! Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket we rolled down a little, got real dizzy and then sprinted the rest of the way down. I felt like i was flying. We went into the atlantic for a bit, but without the florida sunshine to warm it up, it was a bit chilly. i think i saw you guys across the ocean, looking good man looking good. there were cement barricades that the germans used to sniper people coming in off the water at the bottom, but apparently they had originally been at the top but the dune moves 3meters every year. Photobucket peace out guys! my next post about a winery we went to will be from inside the earth!
