Les Invalides, where Napoléon is burried
this was something special but i dont remember what it was called.
We stopped at Notre Dame. It was gorgeous inside. It was weird walking through the church though, and then seeing the souvenir shop at the end. little bit of a mood killer. amazing gothic cathedral and dinky little key chains don't really mesh.
we had a group dinner at a resutrant on the champs de elysées. afterwards we went on top of the arc de triomphe. the view beat a new york city rooftop hands down kicked its ass. the eiffel tower was lit up and did this sparkly-lightshow at 9. if i had a bed i'd live there and just come down for a loaf of bread now and then.
I love the champs de elysees and the stairs going up the arc de triomphe were killer but incredible views is right! I love that you are taking great pictures.:)
